Our Programs
Our hockey programs are created to target the development of skaters in various age groups. Each of the programs below is run by our team of volunteer coaches, team managers, parents and community members.
Program Information
U7 Timbits
The U7 (Timbits) program is focused on development for children born in 2019, 2018 and 2017.
U9 Novice
The U9 (Novice) program is for children born in 2016 and 2015. At this age, players can play house league or choose to try out for U9A1.
A Hockey
A Hockey is for ages 8+ and is organized into the following levels: U11, U13, U15 and U18. At this level, players are evaluated to determine what A level they play at.
Female Hockey
The St. Boniface Female Hockey Committee (SBFHC) is responsible for organizing, promoting and advancing the Winnipeg East Female Hockey (WEFH) program in St. Boniface and Transcona. WEFM offers both A programs (Stars) and AA programs (Saints).
AA Hockey
The Winnipeg East Railcats AA Hockey is a joint venture between St. Boniface Minor Hockey Association (SBMHA) and the Transcona Minor Hockey Association (TMHA).
