Transfer Forms

Player movement between Hockey Winnipeg associations requires a transfer form signed by the association transferring the player, the association accepting the player, as well as Winnipeg Minor.

This form can be obtained from Barb Fee at Hockey Winnipeg office or from Jason Thor from SBMHA.
